Yes. The free plan gives you 1 home with up to 10 rooms, items, and tasks. Paid plans remove those limits and add features like document storage, home research, contractor tracking, and AI-powered task suggestions.
Rooms, items, and active maintenance tasks each count as one entity. Free accounts get 10 total per home. Paid plans are unlimited.
The Personal plan is $8/month ($48/year) for one home with unlimited entities. The Professional plan is $12/month ($72/year) for unlimited homes and up to 10 collaborators per home. See the pricing page for full details.
Yes. Personal plans include 1 collaborator and Professional plans support up to 10 collaborators per home. Collaborators can view and edit everything in the shared home.
You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, you return to the free plan limits. Your data is never deleted, but you may not be able to add new items until you are under the free plan limits.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You retain access to paid features through the end of your billing period.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Neon PostgreSQL for the database and Cloudflare R2 for file storage. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
You can upload PDFs, images (JPEG, PNG, WebP), and common document formats. Each file can be attached to a specific item, room, or service record for easy retrieval.
Yes. DwellHQ checks your maintenance schedules daily and sends email reminders when tasks are coming due. Reminders are based on your home's timezone, which is auto-detected from your address.
The free and Personal plans support 1 home. The Professional plan supports unlimited homes, making it ideal for landlords, property managers, or families with multiple properties.
Not yet. DwellHQ is a web app that works well on mobile browsers. A native mobile app is on our roadmap.
